John J.P. Howley
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Howley joined Davies Energy Systems after a distinguished career in law and technology. He was a partner in one of the largest law firms in the world, where he spent 20 years providing patent and antitrust advice to major oil companies, electric utilities, and leading software and communications companies. He argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and was recognized by his peers as one of the best lawyers in New York. He is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences.
Francis X. Lamparello, P.E.
Senior Vice President for Engineering
Mr. Lamparello is a Licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems, cogeneration systems, chiller and boiler plants, building management systems, and automation control systems. Before joining Davies Energy Systems, he was General Manager of the Building Automation Division of Monsen Engineering. He has worked with MCC Powers, Johnson Controls, Siemens and Andover Controls.
Robert J. Gaydos
Senior Vice President for Operations
Mr. Gaydos has more than 30 years of experience in project management, cost control, sales and customer relations. He has managed projects throughout the United States for some of the largest developers and corporations in the country. Before joining Davies Energy Systems, he served as President of DASI, Inc. and of The Beacon Companies LLC.
Elmar D. Portento
Assistant Vice President for Engineering
Mr. Portento is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems. He developed and designed many of the analytical models that Davies Energy Systems uses to monitor and improve the efficiency of buildings, and he oversees the operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC) at our ISO Certified Energy Engineering Center.
A.B. Colayco

Mr. Colayco is Managing Partner of Argosy Partners, a private equity and advisory firm. For many years, he was a senior executive with American International Group, serving as President of AIG Investment Corporation in New York and as Vice President of AIG Foreign Investments in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
J. Victor de Dios
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. De Dios is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nido Petroleum Inc., a publicly listed oil exploration and development company in Perth, Australia. He has more than 20 years of experience developing both traditional and alternative energy projects.
Richard P. Rosenberg
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Rosenberg has more than 30 years of experience in energy markets including derivatives. He is currently Head of New Product Development for ICAP Energy.
